Free Tournaments and Prizes

Tournament entry is free and does not require a purchase or paid subscription. Each tournament's Official Rules supplement these Terms and govern eligibility, scoring, tie-breakers, disqualification, and prizes. Prizes are subject to identity, age, residence, legal, tax, and compliance review, are void where prohibited, and are fulfilled outside Stripe. Simulated portfolios are not brokerage accounts and have no cash value.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indy Trading is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
