Before registration closes, each entrant selects exactly 5 distinct stocks from the organizer-controlled eligible universe and accepts these rules. Submission is final. Picks stay hidden from other entrants until registration closes. Each stock receives an equal 20% allocation of a simulated $100,000 portfolio; fractional shares are permitted and there is no rebalancing. The competition runs from August 03, 2026 through August 31, 2026. The opening value for each stock is its FMP split-adjusted end-of-day close on August 03, 2026. The final value is its FMP split-adjusted end-of-day close on August 31, 2026. Dividends, fees, taxes, interest, deposits, withdrawals, and live trading are excluded. If a stock lacks an opening close, the entry cannot be ranked. After opening, a missing daily close carries forward the most recently captured official close until trading resumes. Portfolio return is the sum of each stock's 20% weight multiplied by its price relative (current close divided by opening close), minus one. The highest final percentage return wins. Ties are resolved by lower daily maximum drawdown, then earlier final submission time, then entry ID. Indy calculates all standings from immutable tournament price snapshots; entrants cannot submit prices or trades. Prizes are fulfilled manually outside Stripe after identity, age, residence, eligibility, and compliance review. No prize is guaranteed where prohibited, and winners are responsible for applicable taxes. This is a simulated skill competition, not brokerage activity or investment advice. Indy may disqualify duplicate, automated, manipulated, or otherwise abusive entries and may delay finalization for data-quality review.
