These core holdings constitute nearly three-quarters, specifically 72%, of A&B's total asset value. In addition to its primary real estate focus, A&B holds non-strategic assets. These comprise renewable energy generation facilities, approximately 27,000 acres of agricultural and conservation land, and an integrated paving operation.
