These products are marketed under a variety of proprietary brands, including BodyTech, True Athlete, plnt, ProBioCare, Fitfactor Weight Management System, Vthrive The Vitamin Shoppe, and its foundational Vitamin Shoppe brand. Pet Supplies Plus operates as both an omnichannel retailer and a franchisor within the pet care sector. This segment provides a comprehensive range of pet products, from premium brands to exclusive private labels and specialized goods, alongside services such as grooming and pet washing. Established in 2010 and headquartered in Delaware, Ohio, the entity was originally known as Liberty Tax, Inc. It adopted its current name, Franchise Group, Inc., in September 2019.
