As of December 31, 2021, the company owned approximately 32,870 net acres in New Mexico's Permian Basin (specifically Chaves and Roosevelt Counties) and about 11,580 net acres in Colorado's Denver-Julesberg (D-J) Basin (spanning Weld and Morgan Counties). Within these strategic areas, PEDEVCO operates 385 net wells in the Permian Basin and 78 net wells in the D-J Basin. The company's corporate headquarters are situated in Houston, Texas, and it operates as a subsidiary of SK Energy LLC.
