SpringWorks Therapeutics, Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to identifying, developing, and commercializing innovative therapies for patient populations grappling with rare diseases and various forms of cancer, often those with significant unmet medical needs. The company's most advanced experimental treatment is nirogacestat, an orally administered small molecule that functions as a gamma secretase inhibitor. This drug is currently progressing through Phase III clinical trials for the management of desmoid tumors.
